This is a field recording made on May 23, 2008 at the elementary school near my house. The principal was getting the kids were getting ready for a school parade. It was raining slightly. Most of the kids had some kind of noisemaker in their mouth which made for a bizarre whistling sound. I'm walking away towards the end of the recording.
